This refund policy strictly applies to refunds for paid registrations for Verdant AI Solutions hosted events or training open to the public. Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled event or training to receive a full refund. A credit for a future training or event may be provided in lieu of a refund. Attendee may transfer registration to someone else in the event the original attendee registered in unable to attend. The original registered attendee must inform Verdant AI Solutions of the transfer at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled event or training.

This policy does not apply to any training, events, speaking engagements or services for which Verdant AI Solutions is bound by a separate contract with a business or organization. Contracts will include sections regarding payments, terms and conditions. Additionally, this policy does not apply to third-party events or engagements for which Verdant AI Solutions is a speaker or presenter.
